Bio (Athletic and Fitness):
My name is Gary Negley and I am a 23yr old ISSA-certitfied professional fitness trainer. I was born and raised in Brackenridge, Pa a little town around 25-30min from Downtown Pittsburgh and graduated from Highlands high school in Natrona Heights, Pa in 2011. Since a very young age I have been around and into fitness and sports. Growing up my father always had weights and workout equipment in our basement which I used every so often. Since a child and up till now I have been very active with sports and other activites playing and doing everything from soccer, karate and floor hockey to baseball, basketball and boxing. But my best sport and the game I loved most by far was football. I played for 11 years winning one conference title in high school my sophomore year when we went 11-1 in which I started at cornerback. During my high school career I also was awarded 1st team all-conference running back as a senior and broke my high schools 1,000lb club record as a junior by bench 225lbs, squating 475lbs and deadlifting 655lbs totaling at 1,355. Unfortunately I was unable to go on to play at the next level. (kids, keep your head in the books and get good grades) But I have stayed active by staying in the gym and playing pickup games of basketball and flag football. As of January 22, 2016 I have been a ISSA-certified fitness trainer.

Where I train:
I am currently training at Dan's Gym in Natrona Heights, Pa just 20 minutes from Pittsburgh, Pa. I am also possibly willing to travel to another fitness center or do in-house training, if you are interested in that just let me know.
